Meeting the Needs of the Community
Johnston Central Alumni Food Pantry has partnered with The Food Bank of Central& Eastern North Carolina since January 20, 2021. We began with 35 volunteers and have grown to 79 volunteers, serving over 1000 families on the 1st & 3rd Saturday of each month. Also, the partnership with our community Food Lion Grocery Store helps with retail donations to the food pantry to help prevent hunger.
